3. Transaction Cancellations


For one-time transactions or service bookings:

  • Users may request cancellation of a confirmed transaction, subject to review and approval.

  • Approved cancellations are eligible for a partial refund only.

  • A cancellation fee or percentage deduction will be applied to the original transaction amount before the refund is processed.

  • The remaining balance, after deducting the applicable cancellation fee, will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • The cancellation fee percentage may vary depending on the type of service or transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Completed services

  • Services already delivered or fulfilled

  • Subscription fees for the current billing period

  • Administrative, processing, or government-related fees paid on behalf of the customer

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
